This policy explains how Talent Atscale collects and processes personal data through this website. A separate notice covers candidates — see our candidate privacy notice.

What we collect and why
- Contact requests. Name, email address, company and the content of your message, so we can answer you and assess whether we can help. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- Referrals. The LinkedIn profile of the person you refer and your own contact details, so we can process the referral and pay the bonus if a hire results. Legal basis: performance of the referral programme.
- Audience measurement. Aggregated usage statistics through Google Analytics. Legal basis: your consent.
How long we keep it
Contact and referral data is kept for three years from our last contact with you. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics configuration and no longer than twenty-five months.
Who has access
Your data is accessible to the Talent Atscale team and to our technical service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, email delivery, analytics, translation). We never sell personal data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Union. Where that is the case, transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
