Candidate privacy notice
This notice explains what Talent Atscale does with your personal data when you apply, are referred to us, or are approached by one of our recruiters.
Data controller

What we collect
- Identity and contact details, and your LinkedIn profile
- Your CV and the professional information you share with us
- Interview notes and the assessment scorecards we produce during a search
- Where relevant, the outcome of the recruitment process
Why we process it
To assess your fit for a specific search, to present your profile to the client company concerned, and to contact you about future opportunities that match your profile. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our executive search activity.
Who we share it with
Your profile is shared with the client company for the search concerned, and only with your prior agreement. Our assessment scorecards are shared with that same client. We do not share your data with any other third party, beyond the technical service providers who operate our tools on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for two years from our last contact with you, in line with the recommendation of the CNIL. After that period it is deleted, unless you ask us to keep it longer.
Interview recording and transcription
We do not currently record or transcribe interviews with an automated or AI-based tool. Should we introduce one, we will update this notice beforehand and tell you which tool is used, what it processes, how long the transcript is kept, and how to object.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you — including our assessment notes — and to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
