Account Manager – AdTech

Why is this role being opened ?

This fast-growing AdTech scale-up, now expanding internationally (Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, US, and soon APAC), supports 500+ clients worldwide in measuring and optimizing advertising performance.

To sustain growth and ensure operational excellence, the Account Management team, based in Paris, is hiring an Account Manager to support three key revenue lines:

  • France – Agencies & Advertisers (80%)

  • International Agencies & Advertisers (10–15%)

  • Partnerships (ad networks, publishers, platforms) (10%)

The goal is to strengthen client delivery and engagement while contributing to the company’s international growth.

What’s expected from this role?

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure operational follow-up of campaigns.

  • Produce and present performance reviews, identifying upsell and retention opportunities.

  • Build and analyze reporting dashboards (Looker Studio, Pipedrive).

  • Work closely with Sales and Data teams to optimize results.

  • Support the launch of new markets and cross-country collaboration.

Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT+, prompt design, automation) to improve reporting and efficiency.

What’s expected within the first 6 months?

  • Be fully autonomous on client portfolio management.

  • Improve the reporting and KPI tracking processes.

  • Identify and execute upsell / cross-sell opportunities.

  • Contribute to the international rollout of AM best practices.

Be seen as a trusted and proactive partner by clients and internal teams.

What kind of person are we looking for?

 
  • 0–5 years of experience (including internships) in AdTech / MarTech (publishers, ad networks, trading desks, agencies).

  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement, tracking, and optimization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and operational excellence.

  • Fluency in English required (French not mandatory).

Familiarity with Looker Studio, Pipedrive, Slack, Google Suite.
