Head of Growth – SaaS Cybersecurity

This fast-growing startup has found its Go-To-Market fit and started signing its first major enterprise clients. The next step is to structure the Growth & Marketing function, ensuring a fully data-driven approach from lead identification to closing, paving the way for the next fundraising round.
The company currently generates almost all its leads through owned and partner events, and now aims to professionalize lead tracking and performance measurement to maximize ROI.
What’s expected from this role?
- Structure and optimize the lead management process and CRM data (Attio).
- Build a data-driven Growth strategy, focusing on measurement, attribution, and automation.
- Oversee the effectiveness of internal and external events across France and Europe.
- Partner closely with the founders to define a scalable marketing foundation ahead of the next fundraising milestone.
Explore automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
What’s expected within the first 6 months?
- A clean, reliable, and actionable CRM database.
- A clear Growth strategy supported by measurable KPIs.
- Improved visibility and reporting on event and marketing funnel performance.
- Early-stage automation initiatives improving lead conversion efficiency.
What kind of person are we looking for?
- A senior professional (6–8 years of experience) with both strategic and operational skills.
- Background in B2B Growth/Marketing, ideally within Finance and/or Cybersecurity ICPs.
- A strong tech curiosity and fluency with CRM, automation, and AI tools.
- Ability to thrive in an international (EMEA) context, with political and business acumen.
- A natural leader eager to join a growing executive team at a pivotal stage of the company’s evolution
